DH crashes with Access Violation(FogShader & FogRenderer) joining server or world

Mod list: Just DH. No error messages in logs. Logs end with

can you try making a fresh instance? and this happens on joining any world? also a new one?

yeah I just checked. I tried on two new worlds and the dh-mod.com server I'll restart my computer to debug more and ofcourse, a restart and a fresh instance did it. Sorry for wasting your time 🙂
