Banned for 7 days
Hi everyone, so I’ve been receiving a message saying I have been banned for seven days for insufficient amount of UCS or a legal transaction or a refund I have not performed any refund or any illegal transactions. The only thing I purchase with is either. Midsbuy or directly from the game and as you can see my profile has been charged with a lot of UCs previously and it’s loaded so I don’t have to refund anything right now or do any of the illegal transactions may I just know what’s going on? I tried to file a claim it says there are 0 penalty on my account ! I cant file it

It is answered for the original question, which is related to your banned account. We will get confirmation regarding why you're unable to file a claim.

The punishment specified (UC-related) does not have any File Claim process. The only way to end the ban sooner is by purchasing back the UC.
Why do I have to purchase back UC!!! I have like 4k in there I did not use! Makes no sense to me

You are not answering my question last time I charged more than 6000 UC and I did not use them. I wanted to wait for the new crate. My account has UC in it. I don’t understand why do I have to recharge again? Can I talk to someone who knows what I am asking please ?
I did not do anything from the picture you provided. I bought my UCs from the game directly

I did not preform any refund as I said I spent more than 10k on my account why would I refund!

Is there a way I contact tencent? Because Thats fraudulent if its true I never preformed any of that
