Cant submit hacked account claim
I’ve been trying to submit a hacked account claim but it keeps saying this

Are you using the usual device that is most used to play the game to file the claim?
I’ve had 4 devices to play it and i tried 2 of them
I sold the other 2

The data is internal, there is no way to view it. If you no longer have the most used device with you, you can also try to submit Recovery through https://pubgmobile.live/support.
