DH 2.3 fading

noticing that the new "fade" feature with DH 2.3 that allows seamless LOD transition is basically disabled when shaders are on. Just wanted to shed some light and wondering if this is a bug that will be fixed later on, something shader/DH devs will have to fix, or just simply unavoidable
