My account has been frozen for two months without reason and I can't talk to PUBG support from the game. There is a problem with complaints. How i can fix it ?

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension....

Please try to submit the claim using a phone device.

Please report this issue via community support form with your numeric user identification, a proper summary and description, and a video recording that can illustrate the issue you have encountered.

Last question what i should vote from the request for banned
If your account is permanently banned, you can use the Appeal option.
I got 2 months banned
