1.21.4 server uses more Threads than specified in the config.
I've set it to 6/6 before, started a pregen, tried and noticed that i got timed out repeatedly of the server, while the graph on modrinth's webui showed less than 15% CPU load. Decided it's not worth it, lowered to 3/6 threads, but it seems like DH is still starting up up to 6.

Wanted to do it swiftly by setting "PAID FOR THE WHOLE CPU" and using 6/6 threads, but never noticed any improvement and reverted.
How do I enforce the thread limit? 🥲
