Can I use any different pair of pcbs?

I had ordered two spare corne choc PCBs. Do I have to use the pair together, or can I just rebuild the new left PCB and keep my working right PCB? Thanks in advance.

You can mix and match the PCBs! You don't need to use them as a pair. Just rebuild the left PCB and keep your working right PCB.

Whole row probably means an unconnected pin. If you are using no-solder headers, try re-seating them; otherwise check the soldering

It might be an electrically damaged pin (burnt out) if the controller was exposed to electrostatic discharge
