lighting issue with distant generation on server
Ive just installed DH on my own private server. when i joined it didnt start generating LOD's farther than my render distance, so i enabled enable distant generation, hoping it would fix the issue. it did start rendering but i have two concerns; the lighting of the distant LOD's is wrong, and i dont want DH to start generating LOD's for ungenerated chunks. my questions are, how do i fix the colour issue, does DH automatically generate LOD's for existing chunks and how do i prevent DH generating LOD's in ungenerated chunks?

You can't really fix the colour issue I don't think, unfortunately. You can set generation mode to "existing only" to prevent new ones being made

it seems to slowly fix it when i get close,but i dont want to have to fly over every chunk in my world

does the team know the cause of the issue? is there maybe a time estimate as to when it gets fixed?
I've seen that issue before but it's been a very low priority to fix
