If you're referring to moderator role in this server, moderators are selected at Tencent's discretion. This is something you unfortunately cannot apply for.
If Tencent believes that you have proven to be a benefit to community, you may become a moderator. General traits are reliability, honesty, and the ability to uphold community guidelines....
