flatpak-portal insane CPU usage

so I had this issue where my laptop was running slowly. But I brushed it off to pytorch running in background. But actually pytorch was running slowly too. So then one time when it was slow I was trying to open an image and it woudn't open. So I finally decided to take a look at my task manager, but it wouldn't open. So I typed btop into my terminal and saw flatpak-portal using 90-95% of my CPU, which never stopped until I rebooted, so it was doing that for at least 30 minutes. So that was the bug that I had and I am pretty sure I had it before when my system was slow. TLDR after a while flatpak-portal starts using all CPU and only reboot fixes it
