The kid I gave permission to access my account with a QR code used cheats on my account. My account was banned. If I can prove it, will the ban be lifted? Please help. I spent a lot of money for the account. The kid I gave the account to only played 1 match and was banned.

Please be advised that every account is personal to the respective account holder and is prohibited from gifting, lending, trading, sharing or otherwise permitting any other person to access or use other's account as that is against PUBG MOBILE's terms of service.
Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. If your account has been permanently suspended, please submit Appeal through https://pubgmobile.live/support.
For non-permanent suspensions, submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim....
