Builder Tutorial
have the builder tutorial not pop up after its done the first time or a button to stop it from popping up, currently it pops up even if you have done the tutorial or not

This should be fixed now.
There was a bug that ended the tutorial early so it was impossible to finish. Plus, the popup will not show if your account is older than 30 days.
I can confirm opening up my overlay and got no pop-up
