the crash report goes to CSS (game devs) but doesn't go to modders 😦 It's more helpful to drop the debug info from the mod loader, it has the crashlog/etc from it >debug

We need more information to help you. Before launching the game again, open the Mod Manager and use the "Generate debug info" option, then send the zip file produced in #help-using-mods. This ensures that your help request won't get buried and forgotten in other, non-help channels! There are a few things to try if your RHI is causing crashes. 1) Try switching your RHI. If you're using DX11 or DX12, switch to the other. If you're using Vulkan, try DX12 before DX11 2) Try verifying your game files. 3) Update/reinstall your graphics drivers 4) Try disabling hierarchal Z-buffer occlusion in the game's graphics settings. 5) Try tuning your graphics card's clock down, especially if has been overclocked (by you or the vendor) For more info, run one of the following bot commands by sending it as a chat message: >dx11 >dx12 >vulkan >verifyepic >verifysteam

Thanks. Done some of that, but everything(~60 mods) is fine except for Waste-it.

Cool, no worries. It's the easier thread to chase down first. Doubly so, considering that author of that mod isn't active here. So, digging deeper into your log, I'm guessing you only installed this for the first time today? If so, I suspect this mod is probably just incompatible with the SML update to v3.10.0. Sorry to upset that line of thought....I did have it in the load seq yesterday and seemed fine. shut down, went to sleep, woke up, load crashed on first attempt. No changes since yesterday.

Sorry, relative-time mis-calculation: your yesterday works too, SML update came out just before that (I was going by the first time it showed up in your SMM.log).

Ok thanks for help. I suspect that I may have fibbed a little. I did make a change ... added Recipe Maker. RM probably doesnt like the number of outputs that WI has on its machines. So waste-it does load if Universal machine isnt in the load seq. @Andre Aquila <Aquila Industrial>

Unfortunately, approximately 90% of my mods will likely be incompatible with this Experimental version. A critical function I rely on has been broken. I'm currently waiting for information on how to replace it or if it will be fixed.

Oh, sorry. I didnt pay attention to it. So Universal Machine isn't loading in SML 3.10.0? Maybe its something related to all ContentLib mods.

I have been using it to the exclusion of almost everything else. I love it. But I tried to include waste-it (not a bad mod ) and the load fails as indicated by the log. removed UM and waste-it loads. i have 55+ mods loaded, many of them are yours, but only UM exhibits this behavior

Hmm. Im looking here, UM generates a lot of patches for all recipes, maybe something in wasteit turn it into an infinite loop. I will test the tow mods now to see if i can fix it 🙂

UniversalMachine\ContentLib\RecipePatches\Rec_wAdvancedBredSlug.json Seems like it is a problem with that recipe patch.. it doesnt have ingredients or products... let me avoid the creation of it. You can delete it too, you will be able to run it im uploading a new version of UM

Ok. new game in Stable with both WI and UM. Working. Is such a wonderful thing to see.
