Ok so in 2020 I got banned for hacking I know it was something stupid and I shouldn't have done that but I was new to the game anyway I still have the Google account so let's say the game is still around until 2030 would I be able to login to the account yk after the ban is gone or is it for life and can't play on that account anymore

When the mentioned suspension duration has ended, you should be able to log in again.
