High packet loss issue

For the past 3 days suddenly at random times I have been getting around 20 percent pack loss. I dont know how to fix it

thats kinda lot, where do you play from, who is your ISP and what servers you playing on usually also are you on wifi or ethernet cable

Ethernet and I play from ethiopia I think it's a problem with my provider
