Verifying phone number to change it
I’m trying to change the linked mobile number, so it says to verify first , by sending me a code on the old number, which i DO have access to the old and the new one i want to change to , but for a week now I’ve been trying and im unable to receive the code knowing that i do receive sms on my old number still

I really can’t believe you guys if you don’t know or even want to help just say it .. I’ve already tried contacting in-game customer support and that doesn’t help at all , everything is fine i did everything it said and yet still nothing
Why would I come here if it helped?
And why mark it as answered when all what u did is redirect me to nothing helpful?
Could you please send screenshot of the answer from customer service?
