i need to talk to support my account have been linked with number i don't know who is this number and i need to change it i have my full info about this acc i used to login using my google account

If you do not have access to linked phone number, you will need to submit a claim in-game to change your linked mobile number by the customer service.
To do this, tap on the Customer Service tab > Unlinking Accounts > Submit Claim. You will receive your claim results in-game and if your claim is successful, the mobile number which is currently linked to your account will be unlinked....

Are they gonna help recovering the account ?or we just forget about it?i aint playing without my main account i have lots of ss and many information which can prove my ownership but if they ask something like date and exact time no one will be able to do that i guess i hope they will make the recovery process esier

Hello, @Ace . If you are not able to access your account, please reach out to the customer service through the login menu of the game using the Help option located at the right side of the screen. You can submit an account recovery request through there.
Make sure that you submit your claim on the device you used most frequently to log into the game and provide as much information as possible.
