Hi PUBG Mobile Support,
My account has been hacked. My previous nickname was S2・Gaming, but the hacker has changed it. My account was linked to my Facebook and Gmail, which were hacked on 21-01-2025.
PUBG Mobile ID: 5410420953
Clan Name: S2・Gaming (I was the leader of a level 10 clan, but the hacker removed all members and took over.)
The hacker also changed my in-game name.
I have made multiple UC purchases using my bank card (Last 4 digits: 9149).
I have proof of my previous UC purchases.
Please help me recover my account as soon as possible. Let me know if you need any more details.

If you are not able to access your account because it is hacked or compromised, please reach out to the customer service through the login menu of the game using the Help option located at the right side of the screen. You can submit an account recovery request through there.
Make sure that you submit your claim on the device you used most frequently to log into the game and provide as much information as possible.
Only submit an account recovery request through the community support form if the recovery claim submitted in-game is rejected....
