Why results are not coming?

I got 10 years ban and I was on the list of appeal and was on verifying and my acc got 10 years of ban id number 51669450177
Non permanently 10 years ban for no reason and it was verifying and now the data in the link is not loading

As on the status sheet, your appeal has been rejected.
But I didn’t even use any hacks? Then why?
Can I again appeal?
I just played 2 rooms tdm rooms and turned off my id and again logged in and I received a ban for no reason ?

Oke so now I have to uninstall the game bec I don’t have any other acc and am not buying or making a new one 😔
