I am reaching out to appeal my ban, as I believe it was unfair. I was accused of teaming with the enemy, but I want to clarify that I never intended to do so. An enemy player attempted to team with me, but I immediately told them to leave and did not cooperate in any way. Despite their persistence, I never agreed to team up with them.
I fully understand the importance of following the game’s rules and never intended to violate any policies. My goal has always been to enjoy the game fairly and have fun. If my actions were misinterpreted, I sincerely apologize, but I assure you that I was not engaging in unfair gameplay.
I kindly request that my case be reviewed, as I am confident that I did not break any rules. Moving forward, I will be extra cautious to ensure that my actions are always in line with the game’s policies. I truly appreciate your time and consideration in reviewing my appeal and would be grateful for another opportunity to play.

I have been waiting for more than a week and I am still waiting, but the site has been closed?
From the screenshot, you submitted the appeal in 28th February.
Before this, I was communicating via mail and one of the employees told me that my account information was submitted for appeal, but it was not submitted in the first place because I entered this site and entered my ID.

For non-permanent suspensions, submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim. The email response is the final decision for your appeal.
I can't go to claim dialog box because I wrote anything in this box and I didn't know that the details should be put and it was rejected and I didn't explain anything. I just don't know what this is because this is the first time I've been banned since 5 years of playing and I didn't violate any of the rules.
Forgive me, it was never my intention to make a mistake. I now realize what happened, and I promise from the bottom of my heart that I will never do it again. Please give me another chance to show you that I am truly sorry and willing to make amends.

Okay but I didn't know anything about the ban, I just played for fun, and now I know the mistake. You can forgive me.
I want you to make it clear to them that I never intended to commit any violation. My intention was not to break the rules, and my action was not motivated by transgression, but rather a misunderstanding. I hope my position is considered fairly, as I am committed to fair play and never sought to break the rules.
