links problem

I had an old account linked to a phone number and email for a long time and I am currently unable to deactivate them. I am the real owner of the number and email. If you want to make sure, I need to deactivate them because I will buy a new account and I will put the numbers and email there. I also have an old friend and we stopped talking and my account was linked to Google Play and I am unable to reach my friend and I want to deactivate the link as well, so please please please deactivate the links. I need the account to be linked to Facebook only.
