Tickets are not permanently renewed.
Dear CloudFlare Team... I am having trouble getting my ticket seen...
The problem is that I can't cancel my subscription and I can't cancel my account.
The ticket ID is 01401997.
I posted it in the community, but the account is on hold so only staff can see it. My username is melody027400.
Please, I hope this thread reaches the support staff.

CloudFlare support staff who see this would be happy to be contacted for a ticket!
somewhat amazingly out of the 22 users you pinged, none of them are support staff

Please do not ping community members for non-moderation reasons. Doing so will not solve your issue faster and will make people less likely to want to help you.
The one thing I can do though, is approve your post on the community
