You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim....

Please contact the in-game customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
Please note that an unsuccessful account recovery claim may result from providing insufficient or incorrect information or attempting to submit the request from an unfamiliar device. We recommend submitting the in-game account recovery request from a device you frequently use to log into your PUBG MOBILE account, and ensure you provide the in-game customer service with all the required and accurate information.
If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a recovery request through community support form.
I did contact customer service but got no reply
I recently claimed my account using account recovery application but my recovery email address was also compromised and hacked so how can i reclaim or recover my account now i have been given a 3 months timeout and i have been messaging pubg mobile support about this issue for four days and they haven't reply to my single email.
