Check if you laptop/pc recognizes it. If not, most likely the board is dead. Write to RR support for replacement if that's a new kit.

It's common as it seems. Mine was dead too and I saw a bunch of other guys with the same issue.

That's what I did and Tiago sent me a new kit. Unfortunately, he seems to be one man army as a support guy and it takes a few days to respond. The parts arrived very fast to me. Under one day from sending to receiving from Portugal to Austria.
