About month banned
My account banned and now im wating for appeal to approve please anyone replay me im very nervous

If your account is temporarily banned, please use the in-game File Claim option on the account suspension dialog box, should you wish to appeal for your account suspension. The community support form should only be used for permanent account bans.

My account not involved activities like using cheating tools, modifying client files, playing on unofficial clients, sharing prohibited information, teaming up with cheaters, or using unauthorized top-up platforms please remove ban also i contacted some customer service 20/2 to now im still wating please help me im nervous
Customer service via email [email protected] They tell me through many messages every day that your account information has been submitted to appeal and im entered this site. I do not find my id and then I put it myself yesterday
