Hi there, I have an issue with NOVU email notification
From yesterday I got some issue and I could not get any email notification, only app notifications, but 3 days later all working fine, I'm nothing changed, NOVU shows email was sent successfully

can you share the transaction id of those triggers where you did not receive the email?

I could not find this transactionId in our logs.
Did you copy this transactionid from novu cloud activity feed page?

is this transaction id older more than 30 days?
could you please send us an email to [email protected] from the same email you created account on Novu
