I'm In experimental but I'm not according to steam?
I don't want to be in experimental steam doesn't show me in experimental but I have a water mark looking thing in the top left corner stating I am, I guess? I'm confused.

It's a side-effect of Perfect Cirlces. You're not actually on experimental, it just sticks that banner in the corner.

Did you update to experimental at some point?
no I double checked thats why im confused steam even says im not in experimental
I go to beta participation and it says "none"
You could try changing branch then swapping back? You're not on the new experimental update, that CL is the ficsmas update

It's a side-effect of Perfect Cirlces. You're not actually on experimental, it just sticks that banner in the corner.
If you re-load your save, you'll notice it disappears until the next time you use the circle buildable.
Just to double check what she CL# in your upper left corner of the landing screen?
