60 days ban reason and can't claim
hello everyone i got banned for 60 days I'm just asking about the reason to get this random ban i never use files or bypass etc ,
also when i try to claim appeal i get this error tried to use 3 other internet connections and other devices and i get the same network error

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. For non-permanent suspensions, submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim.

@.Nadïa.🌴 you need to read until the end + I'm just asking to know the reason so i can fix it
The reason is mentioned on the account suspension dialog box. Please use the File Claim option for more information, @2Q. We unfortunately cannot help you with this any further through here.
Regarding network error, please try to submit the claim from a phone device.
if you can't help me please report that everyone with the same error can't make ban appeal using any kind of device or internet connection and help all of us to play the game
