Steam/Steam OS not launching?

Good morning lovely ladies and gentlemen. I’m running into an issue with my Steam on my “bazzite-gnome-deck” (I think that was it) system. Recently I’ve been needing to manually add the Steam library directory I use via the Storage settings, each time I start the system up. And lately I’ve noticed Steam OS doesn’t launch on boot; it goes straight to desktop mode. And in Desktop mode, Steam refuses to launch at all. I wonder if it might have something to do with storage? Recently I created a 300 odd GB partition on a SATA SSD (I used space not currently occupied on the disk) for windows. I don’t know if that might have something to do with it? Please let me know how I can deal with this! I would really appreciate it!
Solution:
open terminal and run ujust fix-reset-steam if it gives you an account selector when steam starts again, remove your account from the list and log back in normally. this command does not remove any of your games or saves, it only re-initializes steam...
