unlink social media account
Dear PUBGM team,
I got hacked five months ago. Luckily, I somehow managed to recover my account. I want to make my account more secure, but the hacker still has his Twitter and email accounts linked to it. If I understand correctly, I can only log them out after being active on my device for seven days, right? I want to log the hacker’s device out and enable the 2FA system. How can i unlink the Twitter account?

Better contact the customer service in-game through the settings if you have a login method to get into it. Use the
Unlinking Accounts tool to get the login methods accessible by the hacker unlinked.

@Explorer sorry for bother but I have one more question, it says that I have not been much active currently on this account (because I recently managed to get it back), so I probably need to log it daily for a while right? Do you know how long it will possibly take?
Yeah, you need to keep some activity on that device first (probably 15 days login from that device in the last 30 days)
If it's urgent for you to remove the hacker's access, then you may try using the Account Recovery tool instead by logging out of the account, through the Help button of the login screen.
In that case, everything linked to the account will get unlinked and only the email you provide will be linked, if the claim gets accepted. You may also mention why you're submitting a claim from an inactive device in the last field of the claim where it's optional to put additional info.
