Best place to find plugin developers?
I am now onto looking for a developer for the THIRD time for one server as the first one could not complete the plugin and the second one deleted his entire discord account (do not worry, I got the refund since it was through a freelancing server), but I am still just stuck on where to go to find reliable devs. BBB is getting pretty bad imo since half the replies I get are obvious scams or freelancing discord servers (which I never want to use after my pretty miserable time with Arcane Studios), and I know a bit of Kotlin but not enough for the plugin I need. I could also try getting something together with ChatGPT for a couple of weeks as I think it would be possible since I have used it for a few smaller plugins in the past, but I am just not sure where to go. How do you all handle server development, and is there a go-to place for developers for you? Thanks for any help!

Just make sure to vet the devs before you work with them

ye this is good for getting plugins just make sure its not some random gpt dev check github and portfolio
for sure
if they have no projects in the last 5 years, they are worthless
especially if your server is on a modern version like 1.21.4
