Can I use two gpus?

I'm wondering if one gpu could be dedicated to distant horizons while the other focuses on shaders, i know nothing about this so forgive me if this is a stupidly obvious question. would be a 4060ti and a 3060

No that's not possible Closest you'll get to this is running lossless scaling on one gpu and the game on the other Lossless scaling is a steam app

Okay good From 3060 to a 4060 ti though? That's quite a minor upgrade Or a downgrade if you went from the 3060 12 gb to the 4060 ti 8 gb

Try reducing your cpu load in DH's settings
