anyone know what this is about? I created a ticket and got an automated response

I made another ticket after this asking for a reply from a human which I received but it was as followed
The ban says temporary suspension but I am beginning to feel like its a permanent ban? any ideas?

It is totally understandable that you would like to continue appealing this penalty and to assure that it was correctly applied.
This shows us that the account is very valuable to you.
After looking into your issue I was able to find that your request was already denied in Ticket #111212480.
We have re-investigated the penalty and once again it's deemed as correctly applied, so we will not revert this decision.
Considering that we have investigated the penalty on multiple occasions, with the final decision remaining the same, this will be our last answer regarding this suspension.

this is what the riot support agent toldd me after i requested that a real human give me a response
more or less said it wont be reverted and dodged my question on if it will ever be lifted or the suspension time
If riot support denies your appeal and won’t unban you, then there’s nothing anyone else can do.

If it says temp ban, then most prob 2 week ban
theres no timer though, ive been seeing people with temp bans that almost always have timers
the cases where ive seen ppl with the same msg as me no timer have contacted the support and they claimed 3rd party tools or whatever
They got the ban time from the tickets reply
they didnt say that to me and claimed "Since we can not go into more details abut the penalty due to our policies, we consider this matter closed"

It is supposed to be a 14 day ban for using stuff like skin changers
U prob have something on ur pc that acts like a skin changer and vanguard flagged it
