Pings in level up messages not working
Hi! I've set up level up messages that way so every role reward level up pings the Badge Handlers role to get notified. The message shows the ping, but doesn't actually ping the role. I asked different people and none of them got the ping, so it's not a notification issue. Is it just a general Discord issue or am I doing something wrong?

Otherwise it's possible that Almeida disabled role mentioning entirely in the level up message entirely to prevent spam pings, usually people add the role that people gained in the level up message

The bot either doesn't have manage role permissions, it's highest role isn't above the Badges Handler role

you can try writing the mention like this
<@roleid> in the level up messageThe permissions are good, and the Lurkr role is above all others, so I'm guessing it's just disabled, that's alright.
