Unjust Account Recovery Rejection Despite Strong Evidence
Hey, my PUBG Mobile account got hacked for quite a while, and I provided strong evidence proving I’m the owner, but support keeps rejecting my claim, saying they can’t verify it. It’s really disappointing since I’ve done everything I can. Is there anything the moderators can do to help or escalate this?

I did, and had no responses for more than a week.

I just got the email from them, and my request got rejected.
I would like to know why, even after providing strong evidences I wonder how they are not able to verify the ownership.
