I need help to recover my hacked account
My account were just hacked at 1pm utc+8 this day, and I cant submit anything in the customer service in game
I have proof in-game screenshot account profile and weapon lab, and i have screenshot proof of purchased item from in-game

try to use a regular device. i mean use that device which you mostly used
well, the problem was the hacker already erased the regular device we're used on the account
both my phone, old one (2020) and the new one (2023)
the device might say like this (Googleplay : Unknown) in the account that was hacked
"the GooglePlay : Unknown device was my phone from 2020"
"Xiaomi was my 2023 device I've been using until now"
thats why i cant submit anything in the in-game CS, because the regular device on the account might be "reset" by the hacker
