The email response you received is from the PUBG MOBILE Security Team which states that you cannot submit an in-game recovery claim due to your account being in an unusual state. You can still submit an account recovery request through https://pubgmobile.live/support which is originally a Google Form. This community support form is checked by Error, a member of the PUBG MOBILE Operations Team. This is a different team than the one who sent you the security status email. You cannot recovery your account on Discord. If you are unable to submit a recovery request in-game, you will need to submit one from https://pubgmobile.live/support and wait until you receive an email from [email protected]. Is this helpful?
