If the server grows (or shrinks) the price will automatically be updated to reflect that for the next billing cycle.
So for example: If your server had 250 members when you purchased Kiai Premium, it'd cost $1.99. If you then grew to 750 members in less than 30 days, you'd be charged $4.99 the following month....

/ping command), as well as which users are having this issue.

Our server premium is from $1.99/month to $9.99/month, depending on your server's member count.
Then we also have whitelabel - your own version of Kiai to match your community's branding - for a flat rate of $2.99/month.

We think offering it at a very low price to small(er) servers is a win for everybody. The servers get a top-tier leveling bot (if we do say so ourselves) for literal pennies at only $1.99/month, while the larger communities who typically have some source of revenue from their community are able to pay more in such a way that reflects the size of their community.
As follows:
Kiai Server Premium ($1.99 - $9.99)
- 500 Members or Less: $1.99
- 501 to 1,500: $4.99
- 1,501 to 5,000: $6.99
- 5,000 or More: $9.99
