@delfinš¬ my account was banned for cheats, appeals dont work. But account wasnt banned by me, the scammer did it. It is easy to check, the login was from another device and another region and via QR code. What should I do?? Thanks
As long as an account has been used for cheating activities, no matter who the person involved is (whether it is the owner or someone else), the account it will not be unbanned.
You can still send an appeal through the community form and await the result. Feel free to reach out to the customer service if you need further assistance.

You should send a recovery request if your account is stolen or if you are unable to access it for a different reason. The results for the recovery request will be sent to you by email from [email protected].
If your account is banned, you will need to choose the Appeal option on the community form. You can then track the progress of your appeal from the status spreadsheet.
