Account login assistance #help
I have lost access to my old number and have upgraded my device as well and I tried to login into my account after a very long time and it asked me for 2 factor authentication code which I couldn’t get and I tried to raise a claim but it kept saying try from a familiar device #questions

If you are not able to access your account because you no longer have access to the phone number, please reach out to the customer service through the login menu of the game using the Help option located at the right side of the screen. You can submit an account recovery request through there. Please keep in mind that you will either need to know the UID or the current username of your account to be able to submit a recovery request.
If your claim is rejected, you can submit an account recovery request through the community support form....

I have tried this but this is the error I get in return

i had same issue like that, i need an answer for this claim declined
