First Bespoke Suits - any alteration needed?

Hi guys, these are my first 2 bespoke suits, but I’m not 100% happy with the fit—they feel a bit baggy. What do you think? Could an alteration tailor improve them, and if so, what should I ask for? Also, do the colors look too 'black' or cheap? They’re supposed to be charcoal (100% wool) and navy (50% wool, 50% polyester). Thanks in advance!

Are they bespoke or are they made to measure? There’s a huge difference. Did you go through multiple stages of measurements in person with a tailor and then select the fabric?

I went to a local tailor in Vietnam when visiting the country. It's supposedly bespoke with first choosing fabric and taking measurement, then another day for fitting These are my first suits, so I leave all the decision to the tailor, probably shouldn't have, but that's that

These photos are terrible but I'm not sure either fit you well, the collar lays badly on one and the other (I think, the colouring in these photos is terrible) looks short in the body. These are not easy/possible fixes. Given the fabric comp are these actually bespoke or just low end/cheap made to measure? Ah, hadn't seen this first.

to clarify, 1st, 2nd and 5th are the charcoal suit, 100% wool, and the other 4 are navy, 50% wool these are made together, with the same measurement taken

so the charcoal one seems to have collar issues - these are not usually easily fixable. the navy one looks short, and the pants look like they're too tapered for you - that's why they're rippling all over you. These are also not likely to be fixable as they'd require adding fabric that doesn't exist. edited for missed very important word

got it, so probably not worth it to bring to alteration then for collar, what is the issue (I didn't notice at all)? also, perhaps it's because the photo was taken with an unbuttoned shirt?

Something doesn't seem to be playing well with the shape of your neck/shoulders, but it could be the photographs. Especially in the second one with the unnatural hand angle for the mirror shot.

right, got it, probably because of the terrible photo quality and awkward hand/neck angle, will see if i can get someone else to take a better shot. do u also have any view on the torso fit? also should have buttoned up the shirt before taking the photo, will see if I can get a better shoot tomorrow

Put your phone camera on a timer and set it against something or in a mug. Then take full-body pics standing neutrally: front, both sides, and back. I suspect these suits aren't great but it's ~impossible to tell with these photos beyond the collar gap like chopper mentioned
