I wanna buy old money clothes but i dont want to pay like 130€ for a shirt.
I also dont know what i should get first. I want to make my wardrobe again. Like i would like to wear everothing in my closet.

old money isn’t really an aesthetic. it’s just two words that mostly means “old rich white guys” - and we all know that old rich white guys dress on the same sliding spectrum as everyone else, between bad and terrible and worse to somewhat okay and so on forwards. but anyways this is where shopping on ebay and thrifting comes in. i can’t speak too much on the matter of styles to look into for a properly honed look, this isn’t generally my vibe, but i can at least help you start somewhere
If you say you want old money clothes you probably want generic ass Ralph Lauren button ups, quarter zips and some kinda wide beige pants. You can get all of that shit on eBay for cheap.
Normally I’d encourage you to post some pictures of stuff that you like, maybe read a guide but tbh just get some stuff that fits you from your closet, measure it out, hit eBay and buy two PRL Oxfords in blue or white, and then a pair of chinos or dress trousers in beige. Then hit up Abercrombie, get two sweaters from there and you’ll look like a rich retiree or sth.
