When I self host, does it include enterprise edition features as well?
If I setup novu on my local machine from the source code because I am planing to do some modifications. Does it include enterprise edition features?
If it doesn't how to get those features?

First reason is that we need to have total control of the client's data. Apart from that we thought it'll be nice if we can optimise the system according to our needs in the future.

Not an automated way, where one can purchase enterprise licenses. Did you send us an email?
