7900 GRE huge performance bug

Ever since the update around last week ( with a kernel update) my 6900 gre never clocks higher than 1927 mhz. at first I thought it was because i wasn't playing a demanding game but I started playing sonic frontiers and noticed aymbismal performance vs my deck I went into to lact to see if i could force max clocks and noticed the highest powerstate is 1927 which is wrong this is causing my system to perform WORSE than a steam deck in games like sonic frontiers where I cant hit 1080p 30fps on low settings while the deck can easily achive this device info: https://paste.centos.org/view/3790bac8
