My account got locked, I need help
so my friend sent me a short vid about someone talking about website that makes giveaways for skins but u have to sign ur riot acc including pass and username.
so i sign in with my acc and in the next day i got msgc from riot that my e-mail acc got changed so i changed the e-mail and my password, after that i tried to play, riot locked my acc.
then i talked with the riot help and they asked from me my acc info but i cant remember almost any thing cuz 4 years went by so they refused the unlock my acc

First creation date should be in your email
If you made any purchases, you will find those in your email as well
I know but i deleted riot emails so i can clear my email so now i cant find any good info about my acc
but i have some pics that proves my acc

yes
the hacker stole my email but then i got my email back and changed it + i changed the password but the riot locked my acc
When the Russian hacker canceled two-factor authentication this showed up
and this when he changed my email

What evidence did you send them?
Everything, even the pictures while I was playing with the account, old emails, and information such as the ID, region, and when the account was created

the hacker sold my acct to a guy
and i found that guy
took my acct back
and changed everything

hey guys same thing happend to me w skin giveaways. I managed to get my email back and i put 2 factor and changed the password yesterday but today i got a russian email saying that its a request to change the password probably they were too late cz i already got my email back on the account but i still changed password again and also on my email that i use for the account i changed password too and put 2 factor w phone number there too so im just asking am i going to be fine and is riot going to lock my account because of all this activity. i did sumbit a ticket but i got my email back before they replied and after this russian email today i sumbited another ticket. so im just curious am i going to be fine?
U should be fine, just check the DOB on the account while u have the chance
Login to the manage ur account url on riot's website
And just check everything
