Hacked account
Hello, my account was stolen 1-2 weeks ago. I was sharing my account with a friend. I wasn’t able to spend much time on game anymore cuz i am working. I tried to unlink his twitter account but wasn’t able to. I was able to remove his devices from authorized devices. But yes he was able to remove my FB and gmail. He made a claim to remove the mail i was logging in for years. I can’t make a claim it says suspicious activity. I click the yellow link send SS and everything.. no answer. I made a claim from the link u have found here, yet nothing. I cant make a claim yet he is able to play with my account still??

Account sharing is not allowed. You should not share your account and login details with anyone.
If you have already submitted a recovery request through the community support form, please wait patiently for a response from [email protected]. Keep in mind that the response you receive will be the final decision....

Account sharing is not allowed. You should not share your account and login details with anyone.
If you have already submitted a recovery request through the community support form, please wait patiently for a response from [email protected]. Keep in mind that the response you receive will be the final decision.
When i will be able to make a claim from the game? I mean when will it stop saying suspicious activity?
Didn’t know that account sharing wasn’t allowed. Even tho i have been playing for years sent screenshots of years of uc purchases to pubg mobile. Its so stupid imo

You cannot submit a claim when your account is confirmed to be in an unsual state. If you need further assistance regarding this you can reach out to the customer service again.

when i tried to unlink his twitter the game made me wait 7 days. Yet he was able to remove it the moment i linked my fb. i deleted his devices from the authorized devices. How was that possible?

If you still have access to your PUBG MOBILE account, please try linking a mobile number and enable secondary verification through your Account settings of the game. After enabling secondary verification, log out of your PUBG MOBILE account from all devices one time, the unauthorized user should not be able to access your account after that.
If you are unable to link a mobile number and turn on secondary verification, you will need to wait until you receive the recovery request results from [email protected]. We unfortunately cannot help you further regarding this through the community.
