Hacked acc
Howdy
Just about an hour ago my partner acc was hacked.
Google account linked to it was hacked to (we are working on recovery)
Is there is something what we can do now to recover account?
Whats steps we need to do?
Or acc is lost?

If your friend has a phone number linked to their PUBG MOBILE account, please inform them to enable secondary verification through the Account settings of the game and enable two-factor authentication for their linked social media accounts as well (including the Google account). Also, make sure to change the passwords one time for both of the accounts. If your friend does that and logs out of their PUBG MOBILE account from all devices one time, the unauthorized user should not be able to access the account anymore.
If your friend is unable to link a mobile number and turn on secondary verification, they may also try submitting an Account Recovery request from the login menu of the game using the Help option located at the top right side of the screen.
Make sure that the claim is submitted on the device used most frequently to log into the game and provide as much information as possible....

Keep logging in the account even if the other side is kicking u out if you leave it alone they'll probably link their socials or stuff to the account
