Account recovery
So, I had a PUBGM ID back then, which I played in, the account was connected with my apple ID
My device name was the Apple iPad Pro 2017
UID-5316566365
I sadly don't have access to it longer, as my iPad broke.
I want to recover my account
Please help, as soon as possible.

I have a question, if I get access to my Apple ID will I be able to login to the ID through my Android device?
You can not log in by Apple ID on Android device.
So the only way is the form?
If you have 2nd access via linked Facebook/Instagram…, you can log in by that account.
