Hi Good Day to all team members and officers.
On 8th of February my account got banned for violating game rules, which is completely baseless. I have never used any kind of hacks or tools etc in my life. I even have TikTok and upload videos on my page and I get 1k + views.
I belong to a middle class family and I have spent my entire life saving on this account and you have banned my account for no reason or misunderstanding or whatever this is. I literally have no place to go except suicide., This was not just a game it was my career my future and you guys have destroyed it.

Please don’t tell me to
1) file a claim because I already did and it’s rejected
2) file appeal because I already did
I have tried contacting customer support, insta, facebook, mail but didn’t got help from anywhere. It’s a great game and I know it’s important to have strict rules for cheating but you should at least consider that not everyone is a cheater. They don’t have any real staff just bots and automated responses.
I can provide any and every kind of proof of my device my gameplay and all the purchases and each and everything
