That section used to display the leaderboard for UC rewards earned from bug and cheating reports. However, there is no longer a leaderboard that lists who is supposed to receive rewards as the rewards are currently paused.
Until a new process is set up later, please keep your in-game inbox as the indicator of whether or not you were supposed to receive rewards....
